About the Role
This is a remote contract opportunity for a Healthcare Operations Evaluator. The work sits at the intersection of healthcare operations expertise and AI quality review, where you will assess AI-produced materials and help improve the accuracy, clarity, and usability of model outputs.
What You’ll Do
- Review AI-generated content using role-specific quality standards.
- Spot mistakes in facts, visual presentation, and overall formatting across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- Write concise, well-organized feedback that can be used to improve future AI outputs.
- Use your Healthcare operations background to judge the quality of the work.
- Handle tasks independently, work asynchronously, and stay on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Healthcare operations.
- Strong command of English, either native-level or professionally fluent.
- Advanced ability with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Slides.
Preferred Background
- A Master’s degree or a higher qualification from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
