Job description

About the role

Uresta is hiring a Healthcare Onboarding Specialist to support the activation of healthcare providers across North America for a women’s health medical device. In this position, you’ll be the main contact for newly enrolled providers, guiding them through short virtual onboarding conversations, explaining the product clearly, and making sure their experience from first contact to activation is smooth and well supported. This is a full-time remote opportunity in Canada, and the role requires availability across North American time zones, from Eastern to Pacific.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead brief, structured virtual onboarding sessions with physiotherapists, OB/GYNs, and other relevant healthcare professionals to introduce and activate them on the product.
  • Present product details, clinical context, and practical use cases in a way that is clear and credible for medical audiences.
  • Arrange meetings and manage scheduling across EST, CST, MST, and PST time zones.
  • Handle detailed follow-up after each call by sharing resources, responding to open questions, and confirming next steps.
  • Keep provider interaction records accurate and current in the CRM.
  • Monitor onboarding status and identify providers who may need additional outreach or support.
  • Work with internal teams to share provider feedback and highlight common concerns or questions.
  • Manage the healthcare provider inbox by reviewing and replying to incoming questions.
  • Send welcome emails that encourage providers to schedule onboarding calls.
  • Track booked and pending outreach activities to ensure no provider is missed.
  • Trigger fulfillment actions such as sending demo kits and brochures through third-party logistics partners.
  • Conduct post-onboarding check-ins with healthcare providers to collect feedback and support channel growth.
  • Proactively reconnect with providers after onboarding to understand their experience and uncover opportunities to strengthen the provider network.
  • Maintain consistent and accurate documentation for every provider touchpoint in the CRM.

What you should bring

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain a medical product to clinical audiences.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
  • Comfort using CRM systems and maintaining precise records; exposure to HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to quickly learn and retain product information and clinical data in a women’s health or medical device setting.
  • A professional, friendly approach that helps build trust with healthcare providers.
  • Residency in Canada and the ability to work across North American time zones when needed.

Nice-to-have background

  • A bachelor’s degree in science is considered an asset.
  • Fluency in both English and French, spoken and written, is a strong plus for supporting providers across Canada and the US.
  • Experience or strong interest in women’s health, pelvic health, or physiotherapy.
  • Previous work in healthcare sales, patient education, clinical liaison, or medical education.
  • Familiarity with clinical onboarding processes.
  • Experience presenting to, or collaborating with, clinical professionals.

Why this opportunity stands out

This role offers the chance to contribute directly to the adoption of an innovative women’s health device and help providers deliver better care to their patients. It is a flexible, mission-focused position with visible impact, where each successful onboarding interaction helps expand access for women who may benefit from the product.
