About the Role

Located in Washington, DC, this full-time position seeks an accomplished Senior Consultant specialized in Healthcare & Life Sciences to spearhead AI-powered transformation efforts for international pharmaceutical companies. The role involves partnering with multi-disciplinary teams and large enterprise clients to implement innovative AI, advanced analytics, and digital health applications that enhance both operational performance and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead programs leveraging AI and analytics across Clinical, Research & Development, and Real World Data domains.
• Convert complex business problems into scalable artificial intelligence and analytical solutions.
• Work closely with clients, data scientists, and engineers to ensure effective solution delivery.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives involving Generative AI, Machine Learning, and cloud platforms.
• Create client-facing presentations, proposals, and strategic plans.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives while ensuring project delivery excellence.
• Provide mentorship to team members and actively support business development and practice expansion.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in consulting roles within Healthcare or Life Sciences sectors.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with AI, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or Generative AI technologies.
• Proficiency in cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proven track record leading large-scale healthcare or pharmaceutical transformation projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities alongside strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities.
