Healthcare Data Analyst

Overview

Insight Global is hiring a Healthcare Data Analyst based in Yonkers, NY, who will collaborate closely with clinical and operational teams within a leading healthcare system in the Tri-State area. Serving as a vital strategic liaison, this role focuses on enhancing patient access workflows and clinical scheduling through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner strategically between clinical departments, patient access operations, and analytics teams to optimize workflow processes.
• Analyze patient access and operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
• Drive enhancements in appointment scheduling, referral management, provider template usage, patient throughput, and access-related metrics.
• Collaborate with Consumer Engagement Center leadership, physicians, and administrative stakeholders to implement process advancements.
• Use data insights to improve patient experience, increase provider utilization, and support revenue growth through optimized scheduling and access.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Two to five years of experience in data analysis or project management within the healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multiple teams effectively.
• Experience supporting clinical departments or patient access operations.
• Capability to assess workflows and derive actionable insights from data.

Compensation and Location

This full-time position is onsite in Yonkers, NY, requiring presence approximately once a month. The salary range offered for this role is $110,000 to $130,000 annually.
