Role Overview

The Healthcare Data Analyst will gather, evaluate, interpret, and present data to support decision-making and project objectives across healthcare improvement initiatives. The position plays an important part in turning data into practical insights that help teams and stakeholders improve healthcare delivery in communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with data from several sources and apply reliable analytical methods to examine it.
• Translate findings into clear, practical insights for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Partner with project teams to address analytic needs tied to business and client goals.
• Help maintain data governance and data integrity standards alongside analytics and project teams.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visual presentations that highlight important trends and outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, research, or a related area.
• Prior healthcare experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
• Capability to understand complex datasets and communicate conclusions effectively.
• Working knowledge of data management and analytics fundamentals.
• Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High levels of professionalism, integrity, and accuracy.
• Ability to organize priorities and work independently in a remote setting.
