About the Role

Evolve is collaborating with a renowned global healthcare organisation to fill the position of Healthcare Coordinator. This role offers a meaningful chance to assist patients reliant on specialised homecare services. The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure the provision of a safe, efficient, and compassionate service.

This full-time position is a 12-month contract providing maternity leave cover at the company’s office near Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for patients, healthcare practitioners, and internal teams, offering supportive, empathetic communication via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Coordinate Home Parenteral Nutrition (HPN) orders, prescriptions, and delivery schedules by collaborating with hospitals, pharmacies, and compounding facilities to guarantee accurate and timely treatment.
  • Enhance patient safety by identifying and addressing potential issues proactively, escalating concerns as necessary, and ensuring all documentation is precise and meets quality and regulatory standards.
  • Partner with healthcare and business units to assist with patient onboarding, funding arrangements, invoicing, and reporting, contributing to the smooth delivery of high-quality homecare services and ongoing service improvement.

Candidate Profile

  • Customer-oriented communicator experienced in supporting patients or clients within a demanding environment, skilled at building positive relationships and delivering excellent service.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, capable of prioritising multiple tasks and maintaining accuracy under pressure.
  • A cooperative team member who confidently takes initiative, collaboratively working with colleagues and healthcare professionals to resolve problems and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Proficient IT user with experience in Microsoft Office applications; quick to adapt to new software. Prior exposure to healthcare environments or SAP systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information

The recruitment process includes two interview stages involving conversations with the hiring manager and team, focused on career development and impact.
