About the Role
This opportunity is with Mercor, a company that connects highly skilled creative and technical professionals with top AI research teams. Position Overview
You will work as a Healthcare / clinical Evaluator, reviewing AI-generated work and judging it using domain-specific standards. The role is remote and contract-based.
Compensation
The pay for this role is $80–$120 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess AI-produced materials using established quality criteria for the domain.
- Spot mistakes related to facts, visual presentation, and overall formatting in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- Write concise, well-organized feedback that helps improve model outputs.
- Use strong healthcare / clinical expertise to score and evaluate responses.
- Work autonomously and on an asynchronous schedule while contributing to better AI performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare / clinical work. Strong English fluency, either native or professional level, is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides, is also expected.
Preferred Background
A master’s degree or higher from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
