Role Overview
This position is for a Healthcare Business Analyst in Bengaluru East, Karnataka, India. The role sits within a delivery team and focuses on healthcare domain analysis, client interaction, solution support, and contribution to digital transformation initiatives.
Healthcare Domain Background
- Experience in payer-core areas such as claims, membership, and provider management.
- Knowledge of provider clinical workflows, revenue cycle management (RCM), and pharmacy benefit management.
- Experience working as a business analyst in healthcare environments, especially with Agile or SAFe Agile practices.
- Exposure to Medicaid-related business analysis.
- Experience in FHIR, HL7 data analysis, and interoperability consulting.
- Background in healthcare digital transformation, including cloud-based data solution design, analytics, and RPA solution design.
- Relevant focus areas include claims, provider processes, utilization management, pricing, and Agile business analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients on quality assurance matters and issue resolution.
- Gather and interpret business requirements, then support design review and validation of proposed solutions.
- Check architecture and service delivery quality to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to project estimation and provide inputs that support solution delivery.
- Assist in technical risk planning, including review of code and unit test plans.
- Guide teams toward delivering efficient, high-quality outputs while following organizational processes and standards.
- Support programs and systems that help clients progress in their digital transformation journey.
