Requirements

• Applicants should hold at least two QQI modules: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person, or an equivalent qualification.
• Alternatively, candidates with at least 1 year of paid care experience may be considered.
• Those without the modules may still apply if they are willing to complete them, as the company will fund the training.
• Strong personal qualities such as cheerfulness, compassion, positivity, and reliability are important.
• Candidates must be able to provide suitable work references, have permission to work, and communicate fluently in English.
