About the Role
Right at Home Ireland, an award-winning and well-known home care provider, is recruiting Healthcare Assistants / Rapid Responders for work across Louth and nearby areas. The organisation’s purpose is to help improve the day-to-day quality of life for the people it supports.

What You’ll Do
- Support clients with both personal care and practical day-to-day assistance.
- Encourage independence and help clients remain socially involved.
- Deliver care in a way that protects dignity, privacy, and respect.
- Escalate concerns, changes, or notable issues to the manager.
Requirements
- Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Ireland, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Experience in care is helpful, though not mandatory.
- Two QQI Level 5 modules are required: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person.
- An up-to-date Patient Moving & Handling certificate is needed; training can be arranged if required.
- If applicable, International Police Clearance must be provided.
- Candidates should be drivers with access to their own car, due to the service locations.
- The role calls for compassion, patience, and empathy.
- You should be reliable, attentive, and committed to delivering high standards of care.
- Strong communication skills are needed for working with clients and the support team.
- You must be able to work independently while following policies and safety procedures.
