About Digital Doctor Clinic
Digital Doctor Clinic, a part of the OBDU Group, pioneers in integrating traditional clinical services with cutting-edge digital healthcare technology. This innovative approach enables patients to access medical consultations both remotely and in-person, supported by telemedicine, electronic health records, AI diagnostics, and digital testing equipment. Operating in collaboration with the Government of Uttar Pradesh, the Clinic aims to establish accessible quality healthcare facilities across rural villages, offering villagers consultations with qualified MBBS doctors through digital platforms.
Role Overview
The Healthcare Assistant (HCA) plays a vital role in managing daily clinical operations at the Digital Doctor Clinic. Reporting to the Clinic or Area Manager, the HCA facilitates patients through various processes including initial assessments, telemedicine support, pathology sample collection, pharmacy assistance, and ensuring adherence to all clinical protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and handle their registration; maintain and update digital patient records securely.
- Guide patients during their clinical consultations while respecting privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Conduct basic health screenings by measuring vital signs such as blood pressure, blood sugar, temperature, pulse, oxygen saturation, height, weight, and BMI.
- Coordinate and assist patients during teleconsultations with qualified MBBS/MD doctors, ensuring all necessary medical data is shared effectively.
- Collect and properly label blood, urine, and other test samples; operate pathology devices following required training and uphold hygiene standards.
- Operate and maintain diagnostic medical devices including CBC, biochemistry and urine analyzers, ECG machines, glucometers, BP monitors, pulse oximeters, thermometers, and digital scales.
- Support pharmacy functions by dispensing prescribed medications, maintaining inventory, monitoring expiry dates, and recording stock levels daily.
- Manage clinic opening and closing, maintain cleanliness, check equipment functionality, and report any technical faults promptly.
- Keep accurate documentation of daily patient visits, operational and stock reports, and upload these into the company’s software system.
Eligibility and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharma/B.Pharma) from an accredited institute is mandatory.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; however, experience in clinical settings, hospitals, pathology labs, pharmacies, or telemedicine enhances suitability.

- Preparedness to serve in rural and semi-urban healthcare environments.
Working Conditions and Compensation
- Work schedule includes 9 to 10 hours daily with one weekly day off according to company policy.
- The job is based in various locations including Sitapur, Kanpur Dehat, Sahajanpur, Shamli, Saharanpur, Gonda, Kanpur, and Prayagraj.
- Remuneration starts at INR 12,000 per month during a six-month probation, increasing to INR 20,000 monthly contingent on performance.
