Role Overview

As our Dublin services expand, we are seeking devoted Healthcare Assistants to provide meaningful care with structured working hours and consistent schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-standard personal and social care in clients’ residences.
- Encourage and uphold dignity, respect, and independence through person-centred care approaches.
- Support clients daily by assisting with mobility, hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and companionship.
- Adhere to individualized care plans and accurately record daily care notes.
- Comply with infection control protocols, health and safety regulations, and internal company policies.
- Collaborate closely with field supervisors and management to maintain exemplary care standards.

Candidate Requirements
- Possess a caring, reliable, trustworthy nature with a strong dedication to client care.
- Currently working towards or already have a QQI Level 5 qualification or equivalent in Healthcare Support.
- Must have completed the Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English fluency required.
- Willingness to provide professional or character references and complete Garda Vetting.
- Previous caregiving experience is advantageous but not mandatory if required modules are completed.
