Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for designated health plan partnerships, driving the execution and alignment with joint goals.
  • Establish and sustain strong collaborative relationships with partner teams spanning sales, product, marketing, and clinical sectors to reinforce Hinge Health’s role as a strategic ally.
  • Oversee partnership operations such as organizing recurring meetings, preparing agendas, documenting notes, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to partner inquiries by coordinating across multiple internal teams to deliver well-prepared answers.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of each partner’s organizational structure, priorities, risks, and challenges, and communicate relevant insights internally.
  • Work with Health Services Managers and Directors to convert partnership strategies into detailed action plans featuring milestones, timelines, responsibilities, and progress updates.
  • Create and manage trackers, dashboards, project schedules, and logs to enhance transparency around priorities and dependencies.
  • Prepare clear operational and performance reports both for internal stakeholders and select partner meetings.
  • Monitor and resolve risks, issues, and escalations by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and drive solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations and assist in updating processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience in health plan partnerships, payer strategy, digital health, healthcare consulting, or related arenas.
  • Familiarity with U.S. health plan structures, including distinctions between ASO and fully insured models, as well as key lines of business like Medicare Advantage.
  • Proven ability to support complex, cross-department projects in dynamic and ambiguous settings, coordinating among sales, clinical, product, and operations teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of clearly conveying complex ideas professionally to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, with seasonal variation in travel demands.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience collaborating with large national payers.
  • Background in digital health sectors such as virtual care, musculoskeletal (MSK) health, behavioral health, or population health.
  • Understanding of claims analysis, return on investment modeling, or value-based care frameworks and ability to translate data into narratives suitable for partners.
  • Involvement in launching new products or expanding lines of business within health plan partnerships, including new solutions or market segments.
