Role Overview
As a Health & Safety Coordinator reporting directly to the General Manager – Health & Safety, you will play a vital role in coordinating health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives across the Skyline Group. This full-time position involves providing administrative support and engaging with various operational teams to promote a strong culture of safety and wellbeing within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support key health, safety, and environmental activities across multiple sites.
- Deliver administrative assistance related to HSE functions.
- Collaborate with operational teams to uphold safety standards and procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated strong interest in progressing a career in Health, Safety, and Environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and familiar with various business systems.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and cooperative approach with a passion for ensuring that colleagues return home safely after work.
- Ability to forge and maintain positive relationships with diverse groups of people.
