About the Role
This opportunity is with a team that collaborates with leading AI research organizations and labs to train advanced AI systems. The focus of the role is to help improve model responses so they are accurate, evidence-based, and aligned with accepted health policy and public health guidance.
The position is intended for candidates with a Master of Public Health or a closely related graduate qualification. You will contribute by testing a model’s understanding of population health, biostatistics, and global health equity, while ensuring its outputs reflect scientific consensus and ethical standards in healthcare. The work is fully remote and offers flexible weekly hours.
Role details: hourly contract, compensation of USD 35 to 55 per hour, remote location, and a weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours.
Responsibilities
- Create challenging public health scenarios that cover areas such as disease outbreak modeling, health equity evaluation, and interpretation of clinical trial statistics.
- Write accurate reference answers that combine peer-reviewed research, epidemiological evidence, and current public health guidance from trusted sources such as CDC and WHO.
- Review AI-generated health recommendations and policy suggestions for correctness, bias, and compliance with ethical healthcare standards.
- Spot misinformation, reasoning flaws, and weak logic in the model’s health-related responses.
- Provide structured feedback that helps the model better explain risk, causality, and health data insights to varied audiences.
Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in public health, such as an MPH, MSPH, or an equivalent closely related degree.
- Solid knowledge in at least two of these areas: epidemiology, biostatistics, environmental health, and health policy.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to convert complex health data into clear, practical, and culturally appropriate communication.
- Careful attention to detail, especially when checking statistical significance, citations, and the reasoning behind health interventions.
- No prior AI experience is required.
- Preferred background includes data annotation, quality review, or evaluation work.
- Experience with analytical tools such as R, SAS, or Stata is an advantage.
- Additional preference for candidates with exposure to health communication, clinical research coordination, or public health monitoring.

Contractors can expect flexible remote work, strong pay, direct exposure to leading LLM projects, and the opportunity for future contract renewals. The role is positioned as high-agency work with broad international reach.
