THR Consultants is looking for driven and target-focused candidates for a Health Insurance Sales Associate position in Gurugram. The job centers on speaking with customers, identifying their health coverage needs, and guiding them toward suitable insurance options.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to customers to discuss health insurance plans.
- Assess customer needs and suggest policies that fit their requirements.
- Clearly explain policy features, premium amounts, and coverage details.
- Respond to customer questions in a professional manner.
- Track up interested prospects and work toward converting them into sales.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet assigned sales goals and performance benchmarks.
Candidate profile
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling ability.
- Comfort with achieving sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Prior exposure to telesales, insurance sales, or BFSI sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Compensation and working conditions
The package offered is INR 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 per year, with earnings stated up to 4.2 LPA. This is a day-shift role based on a lead-driven sales model and includes monthly incentives, as well as performance-based rewards and recognition.
