Role Overview
This position is for an Insurance Advisor reporting to the Agency Manager (Development Officer). The role can be performed from anywhere in India, including work-from-home and other remote setups.
What the Role Involves
The company is looking for driven, target-oriented advisors who can promote and sell Niva Bupa’s health insurance plans to customers across the country. The role requires understanding customer needs and recommending suitable insurance options.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Niva Bupa health insurance products to individuals and families.
- Develop ongoing customer relationships to better understand healthcare requirements and suggest appropriate coverage.
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
- Keep track of market movements, competitor actions, and changes in regulations.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Applicants should have at least completed 10th standard and may be from any educational background up to graduation level, including PUC, bachelor’s degree, or master’s degree. Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome. This opportunity is open to candidates seeking either full-time or part-time engagement, including those who want to work alongside their current job or occupation.
An IRDAI license is required, or the candidate must be willing to obtain one. The role also calls for strong communication and interpersonal abilities, comfort in a fast-moving work environment, and familiarity with health insurance products.
Candidates already working as insurance advisors in life insurance or general insurance are encouraged to apply, as prior experience in the field will be useful.
