About the Talent Pipeline
Join Altarum’s Palladian Partners team to explore potential future roles in health communications project management supporting federal public health clients. This pipeline seeks experienced mid-career professionals who can lead or support integrated health communications initiatives.
Potential Job Functions
- Development and execution of public health education and awareness campaigns
- Strategic communications planning and implementation
- Audience research and messaging strategy formulation
- Content creation, creative design, digital outreach, and community engagement
- Collaboration and engagement with clients and stakeholders
- Project planning including budgeting and monitoring deliverables
- Coordination among internal teams, partners, and subcontractors
Candidate Requirements
- Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in health, public health, or social impact communications
- Proven ability to manage complex, integrated communication projects and campaigns
- Experience fostering trust with clients and various stakeholders
- Skills in managing scope, schedules, budgets, competing priorities, and deliverables
- Capability to lead cross-functional teams encompassing strategy, creative, digital, research, and outreach disciplines
- Strong aptitude to convert client needs into well-defined plans and actionable suggestions
- Previous experience supporting federal government clients, especially within U.S. Department of Health and Human Services agencies, is highly desirable
