Candidate Requirements

• Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in health, public health, or social impact communications
• Proven ability to manage complex, integrated communication projects and campaigns
• Experience fostering trust with clients and various stakeholders
• Skills in managing scope, schedules, budgets, competing priorities, and deliverables
• Capability to lead cross-functional teams encompassing strategy, creative, digital, research, and outreach disciplines
• Strong aptitude to convert client needs into well-defined plans and actionable suggestions
• Previous experience supporting federal government clients, especially within U.S. Department of Health and Human Services agencies, is highly desirable
