Your Role

As a Health Club Attendant, your primary responsibility is to uphold a clean, safe, and inviting environment in the Health Club and surrounding recreational areas. Your commitment ensures guests have a comfortable and high-quality experience using our facilities.

• Greet and assist guests with professionalism and friendliness
• Maintain cleanliness and appropriate setup of gym, pool, and changing rooms
• Oversee the facility to enforce safety standards and adherence to rules
• Provide basic guidance concerning equipment and available services
• Promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Ensure towels and necessary amenities are consistently stocked
• Assist in day-to-day operations of the Health Club to support guest needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or a related field, ideally within luxury or upscale environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills centered on guest satisfaction
• Capability to multitask and manage various guest requests and situations efficiently
• Professional, positive demeanor with an approachable attitude
