Role summary
This part-time remote opportunity is for a Health Care Specialist who will support a client’s provider credentialing and licensing verification work. The position is based in Ireland and can be performed from anywhere. The main focus is to check health care professional credentials, validate licensing details, and make sure records align with regulatory requirements.
Compensation
The pay for this assignment is set at USD 15 to USD 25 per hour.
What you’ll do
- Examine health care providers’ credentials and cross-check them with official licensing records.
- Confirm that provider details meet the relevant state and federal compliance rules.
- Record verification outcomes in internal systems with careful attention to accuracy.
- Spot missing information, inconsistencies, or licensing issues and escalate them for follow-up.
- Handle sensitive provider data in line with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
What we’re looking for
- Prior experience in health care credentialing or compliance-focused verification work.
- Working knowledge of state and federal licensing standards that apply to health care providers.
- Comfort using credentialing platforms and compliance tracking tools.
- Strong detail orientation and the ability to identify mismatches or gaps in documents.
- Awareness of HIPAA privacy expectations and information security practices.
