Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Safety Advisor to support a residential construction project based in Wexford. Join an established main contractor that is actively expanding its portfolio of residential developments.

Primary Duties
- Enforce and oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures aligning with applicable local and national laws.
- Perform regular site inspections and safety audits to detect hazards and guarantee compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct investigations into accidents, incidents, and near misses, recommending and executing corrective and prevention measures.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report health and safety performance metrics to foster ongoing improvement within the project.
Prerequisites and Qualifications
- At least three years of experience as a Safety Advisor specifically in the residential construction sector.
- Possession of a relevant Health and Safety certification.
- Essential to hold a valid full clean driving licence.
