Role overview
The Senior Transformation Programme Manager will act as a senior lead for coordinating, governing and assuring a portfolio of complex change programmes delivered through the Provider Collaborative and across the wider Integrated Care System (ICS). Reporting to the Director of Transformation, this post is responsible for putting strong arrangements in place for planning, delivery monitoring, risk control, benefits tracking and performance reporting.
This is a complex matrix role that involves close partnership with senior stakeholders across multiple provider organisations and system partners to help ensure transformation priorities are delivered effectively and on time. The successful person will also provide professional leadership to programme and project teams, strengthen governance and assurance, and support decision-making with clear, accurate and timely information.
Key duties
- Lead the coordination, governance and assurance of transformation programmes delivered through the Provider Collaborative and across the ICS.
- Support the Director of Transformation by overseeing programme plans, delivery progress, risk handling, benefits delivery and performance reporting.
- Track progress, risks and cross-programme dependencies, and escalate concerns through the agreed governance pathways when required.
- Produce high-quality reports and briefing papers for senior leaders, Provider Collaborative meetings and ICS forums.
- Work alongside contracting and finance colleagues, as well as system partners, to help ensure value for money and delivery of agreed outcomes.

Working location
To meet the needs of the Trust, you may be asked from time to time to work at locations other than your normal base. This can include sites within Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington. The Trust also reserves the right to require staff to work at any other place or location it considers reasonable and necessary, either temporarily or permanently.
