Role overview

This leadership position is responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s enterprise transformation agenda, with a strong focus on AI, generative AI, automation, and digital modernization. The aim is to create measurable business growth and strengthen competitive positioning through large-scale change.

Key focus areas

The role calls for substantial experience in Banking and Financial Services, with transformation leadership across payments, lending, risk, compliance, AML/KYC, and digital banking. It also involves guiding senior stakeholders, building investment cases, and accelerating adoption of next-generation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for enterprise-wide transformation efforts spanning AI, GenAI, automation, and digital innovation.
• Use Banking & Financial Services domain knowledge to enable change across payments, lending, risk, compliance, AML/KYC, and digital banking.
• Work closely with CXOs and senior business leaders to shape transformation roadmaps, justify funding, and speed up AI adoption.
• Build and mature AI and automation centers of excellence, governance structures, responsible AI practices, and enterprise operating models.
• Lead major modernization programs across AI, data, cloud, analytics, and intelligent automation ecosystems.
• Manage transformation portfolios, develop business cases, track ROI outcomes, and oversee strategic technology partnerships.
• Guide distributed teams and change initiatives to foster an enduring AI-led culture across the enterprise.
