Role overview
We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition for a fast-growing brand in London. This is a senior leadership role focused on shaping and scaling the hiring function so the business can grow with the right people in place.
The organisation is described as a fast-growing scale-up, and the position will involve close partnership with leadership to translate business priorities into effective hiring plans. You will own the recruitment strategy end to end and help build a strong, efficient, and candidate-friendly talent acquisition engine.
What you will do
- Create and deliver a full talent acquisition strategy that supports company objectives.
- Set up, lead, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
- Work with senior leaders to anticipate hiring demand and plan workforce requirements.
- Introduce recruitment processes that are guided by data and measurable performance indicators.
- Strengthen the employer brand and improve the overall candidate journey.
- Oversee relationships with external recruiters, agencies, and other hiring partners.
- Improve the use of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
