Overview
Reporting directly to the Managing Director for EMEA, this leadership role is tasked with overseeing and advancing sourcing capabilities and transformational initiatives across the EMEA region for Tag Worldwide—a prominent provider specializing in Channel Activation services including print management and sourcing. The role is pivotal in refining the company's proposition, operational frameworks, and commercial delivery systems to effectively cater to major multinational clients. Ensuring efficient, scalable, and high-quality marketing production and sourcing across diverse markets forms a core objective.
Key Focus Areas
- Drive the company’s transformation into an AI-centric Channel Activation business by incorporating automation, AI, and technological innovations to enhance production efficiency and client content performance across media.
- Collaborate with the EMEA leadership team to architect and institute operational models, production workflows, technology integrations, and global delivery frameworks that fortify Tag’s service offerings.
- Continuously evolve organizational capabilities to meet rising demand for extensive, multichannel retail activation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent professional background.
- At least 15 years in senior leadership positions within marketing production, marketing supply chain, sourcing, or related operational domains.
- Expertise in creative production operations, print/POSM sourcing, or expansive marketing delivery environments.
- Proven history of crafting operational frameworks supporting multinational client engagements.
- Experience fostering business transformation and operational innovation with emphasis on technology, automation, and AI adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable global sourcing infrastructures.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding, contributing to regional P&L management.
- Leadership of large operational teams and management of complex delivery organizations.
- Track record supporting significant business opportunities and devising operational strategies for complex clients.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Collaborative approach in working with senior leadership to drive strategic projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Skilled in business intelligence—aggregating extensive datasets from varied sources to deliver insightful, actionable strategies.
Responsibilities
- Drive EMEA financial targets by optimizing operations and developing scalable production methods.
- Identify and capitalize on automation and process enhancements to increase profitability.
- Create cost-effective operational and commercial frameworks aligned with service delivery in creative production and channel activation.
- Ensure operational delivery aligns with client contracts and financial objectives.
- Lead executive oversight of Tag’s EMEA operational delivery services in channel activation.
- Develop and maintain scalable operational and production models for multinational clientele.
- Guarantee consistency, quality, and efficiency across global delivery teams.
- Implement industry best practices in production workflows and delivery frameworks covering marketing content and sourcing.
- Manage governance, service delivery performance, and operational risk.
- Lead transformation initiatives to embed AI and automation, advancing efficiency and scaling capability.
- Partner with technology and product teams for tool and platform integration enhancing service delivery.
- Support commercial teams in building scalable, profitable service models and contribute to new business development with operational model design.
- Develop and mentor operational leadership, fostering innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement culture.
- Implement governance structures to enforce operational standards, KPIs and service agreements.
- Collaborate with the EMEA leadership team to align operations with strategic and financial priorities.
