About the Role
Join Core, Ireland's largest marketing communications firm, as the Head of Social Creative within our acclaimed Social Content team based in Dublin 2. This leadership position focuses on crafting social media content that genuinely captivates audiences, combining brand memorability and performance to earn valuable attention.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creative development of social-first concepts for a diverse portfolio of clients, including always-on content platforms and integrated campaigns. Provide creative direction ensuring all ideas are strategically sound, culturally relevant, and native to social media platforms. Set and elevate the creative standards across Core Social by challenging average work and advocating for bold, authentic, and platform-specific storytelling. Mentor and inspire the social content creative team, collaborating closely with strategy, performance, and creative departments to produce outstanding results. Stay abreast of cultural trends, creators, and emerging platforms to keep work fresh and relevant.
Required Profile
We seek an ambitious creative leader passionate about storytelling and social media who understands that social channels demand original, engaging content—not merely adaptations of traditional ads. Salary
Annual gross salary ranges from €70,000 to €80,000, dependent on experience.
