About the Role
Meet Health is seeking a highly skilled Head of Sales to spearhead revenue growth across India and selected international markets. This senior leadership position requires a dynamic sales leader passionate about scaling commercial success within a rapidly expanding healthcare and life sciences company that bridges data, digital health, and clinical transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales development for Meet Health's healthcare and life sciences products in India, supporting select international opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team to boost accountability and execution.
- Manage sales outcomes against revenue goals, pipeline health, and conversion rates with comprehensive forecasting and reporting oversight.
- Design and implement sales strategies aligned with corporate growth agendas, market potential, and key accounts.
- Initiate new business ventures across healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology firms, research institutions, and digital health collaborators.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads within healthcare and life sciences sectors.
- Conduct intricate commercial negotiations and proposals with senior-level external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with senior executives such as the Vice President and CEO on strategic accounts and commercial priorities.
- Enhance sales processes including CRM best practices, reporting systems, and operational rigor.
- Identify innovative market entry routes, partnership possibilities, and opportunities for commercial expansion.
- Contribute to creating high-quality pitches, proposals, partnership documents, and client presentations.
- Work jointly with product, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure commercial endeavors translate into successful client engagements and enduring partnerships.
- Serve as the company’s senior commercial ambassador in interactions with healthcare and life sciences leaders and strategic partners.
Candidate Profile
- 5 to 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership, preferably within event sales, healthcare, life sciences, healthtech, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or clinical research sectors.
- Proven background in managing sales teams and driving high-performance environments focused on growth and entrepreneurship.
- Track record of consistently achieving revenue targets, building pipelines, and closing complex B2B transactions.
- Experience in engaging with senior decision-makers and managing strategic business partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen combining strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Preference for candidates with healthcare and life sciences industry experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management aptitudes.
- In-depth understanding of sales operations, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM system discipline.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving business with shifting priorities and a high degree of ownership.
- Competence in preparing and delivering proposals, sales pitches, and leading discussions with senior external audiences.
- Highly driven with strong accountability and leadership qualities.

- This is a remote position based in India operating during UK business hours (starting at 8:30 AM UK time).

Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from 1,800,000 to 2,500,000 INR per annum.
