Role Overview

TruHome is expanding and is seeking a commercially focused recruitment leader to support its growth across South Africa. The role is centered on attracting, engaging, and onboarding strong real estate talent, with a clear emphasis on proactive outreach rather than simple job advertising.

You will be expected to identify promising real estate agents, nurture recruitment pipelines, arrange appointments, maintain regular follow-ups, and help scale TruHome into a standout real estate platform in South Africa.

Compensation and Work Setup

This position offers a basic salary of R10,000 plus commission-based incentives. The role is remote and South Africa-based, with a growth-oriented environment and the opportunity to contribute to building something meaningful.

What Success Looks Like

The ideal person will build an effective recruitment engine by starting conversations, forming relationships, and converting interest into action. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable driving outreach and managing candidates through the hiring process.

TruHome is looking for someone who is confident speaking on the phone, highly organised, goal-focused, and skilled at working with people. A strong comfort level with follow-ups and daily outreach is essential. Interest in real estate, growth, and recruitment is highly valued.
