Head of Project Management

Position Overview

We are collaborating with an expanding international technology firm seeking a seasoned Head of Project Management to spearhead and elevate its global project delivery unit. This pivotal leadership role entails managing the successful execution of intricate, multi-continent client programs, while establishing a robust and efficient project management infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and cultivate a worldwide team comprising Project Managers and Coordinators.
• Manage the full lifecycle delivery of expansive client projects spanning multiple regions.
• Implement and standardize project methodologies, governance protocols, reporting mechanisms, and delivery practices.
• Promote continuous process enhancements, drive operational excellence, and oversee resource allocation.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders from operations, product development, sales, and customer success.
• Serve as the senior escalation contact for critical client engagements and address delivery-related risks.

Candidate Profile

• Over eight years of experience in project or program management, including leadership roles managing high-performance teams.
• Demonstrated ability in directing project delivery within global or multi-regional contexts.
• Extensive expertise in PMO activities, governance, process optimization, and operational excellence.
• Proficient in managing relationships with executive stakeholders and enterprise clients.
• Familiar with Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project delivery frameworks.
• Business-savvy leader with outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
