Role overview
This part-time hybrid position is based in Dubai and includes the option to work remotely on certain occasions. The Head of Project Management will be responsible for steering cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, making sure work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with company objectives.
What you'll do
- Take ownership of multiple projects and coordinate delivery across teams.
- Create, refine, and roll out project plans and execution timelines.
- Assign people, time, and other resources effectively to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Provide clear guidance to teams and ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
- Track project progress, review performance indicators, and identify areas for improvement.
- Anticipate, assess, and manage risks that may affect project outcomes.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders at different levels and keep them informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Solid experience in program management with the ability to shape and execute strategic initiatives.
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities for managing cross-functional groups.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for resolving delivery challenges.
- Hands-on knowledge of budgeting and resource planning to support efficient execution.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools; experience with Agile or Scrum is an added advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Background in the Middle East market is required.
- English fluency is essential, and Arabic language skills are beneficial.
