About the Role

Coinbox Limited is recruiting for a mission-driven faith-based NGO located in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria, seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Programs. The successful candidate will direct the planning, execution, and evaluation of impactful social programs focused on Education, Health, and Shelter. This role demands an experienced leader capable of delivering sustainable outcomes, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining rigorous program monitoring and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic leadership for all organizational programs and social initiatives.
• Design, execute, and supervise comprehensive programs from inception to completion.
• Develop and reinforce Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) systems.
• Lead, mentor, and support Programme Managers and Coordinators to ensure team performance.
• Oversee program budgets to guarantee optimal use of resources.
• Ensure adherence to donor guidelines, safeguarding policies, and statutory regulations.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with government entities, development agencies, donors, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and interdisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable impact.
• Produce program reports and provide strategic advice to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in program management or related social sector roles.
• Proven leadership in managing effective, cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in creating MEAL frameworks and managing complex budgets.
• Experience in writing technical proposals and managing grant applications.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, analysis, and project oversight.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
