Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance production operations to ensure efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and meet timely delivery objectives.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory guidelines across all manufacturing activities.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate production capacity and resources effectively to align with business demands.
• Continuously monitor production performance, identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, and take corrective actions to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Champion continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity, minimizing inefficiencies, and elevating operational effectiveness.
• Manage production budgets diligently to control costs and improve profitability.
• Lead, develop, and inspire production teams while fostering collaboration with various stakeholders to meet organizational goals.
• Supervise equipment maintenance and ensure preventive upkeep to reduce downtime.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least seven years of experience in stainless steel fabrication or metalworking, including a minimum of three years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Competency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks for design purposes and interpreting technical drawings.
• Training and knowledge of occupational health and safety protocols.
