Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product operations, product management operations, program management, or comparable roles within technology or product-driven companies.
• Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, or significantly enhancing operational processes for product teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional planning exercises such as quarterly planning, goal-setting, roadmap synchronization, and execution monitoring.
• Strong proficiency with task management, documentation, and collaborative platforms.
• Capability to develop operating models that avoid unnecessary bureaucracy while ensuring effectiveness.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, capable of clearly explaining complex concepts, facilitating difficult discussions, and influencing without direct authority.
