About Interra Health

Interra Health is an innovative healthcare technology firm rapidly evolving the prescription journey for providers and patients. Emerging from the merger of DoseSpot, Arrive Health, and pVerify, the company specializes in delivering accurate eligibility information, real-time coverage and pricing insights, prescription tools, and transparency at the pharmacy interface. The mission is to empower healthcare providers with actionable information and enable patients to access medications affordably and clearly, redefining connected care with a strong market presence and a commitment to reducing healthcare friction.

Role Overview

The Head of Product Management leads the product management function for Interra Health's core platform encompassing Eligibility, Prescribing & Affordability, Access, and Routing. Central to this role is mastery over healthcare data movement, including clinical and administrative data flows, FHIR interoperability, and informatics infrastructure connecting payers, providers, and health systems. The role entails strategic ownership, team leadership, and ensuring all product investments align with healthcare data expertise and deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own product strategies focused on healthcare data flows such as FHIR-based interoperability, clinical and administrative data exchanges, informatics, population health, and quality measurement.
  • Make decisive and balanced decisions amidst conflicting stakeholder priorities considering customer needs, business goals, regulations, and technical realities.
  • Build robust mechanisms for collecting and applying customer and market intelligence to validate assumptions and guide prioritization.
  • Articulate and communicate a coherent, unified product vision translating it into actionable plans and priority frameworks.
  • Recruit, mentor, and nurture a high-performing product management team, establishing rigorous standards for discovery and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Core Services to ensure aligned execution and resolve dependencies.
  • Support go-to-market efforts by partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to enable successful product launches with clear positioning and measurable metrics.
  • Leverage AI tools within the product management function to enhance research, discovery, and roadmap evaluation while maintaining judgment and rigor.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees such as MBA or MS preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years in product management with at least 4 to 6 years in leadership roles overseeing PM teams and multi-domain product strategies.
  • Proven experience with healthcare data flows, including hands-on knowledge of FHIR interoperability, clinical data exchange, claims and eligibility data flow, related standards (HL7, X12, NCPDP), and regulatory frameworks (ONC, CMS interoperability).
  • Demonstrated capability in making complex tradeoffs balancing user, regulatory, business, and technical factors, with a focus on owning outcomes.
  • Strong market-driven product mindset, able to forecast industry trends, shape multi-year roadmaps aligned to market opportunities, and track competitive landscapes.
  • Preferred experience with prescription management, eligibility, clinical affordability workflows, and high-growth or PE-backed SaaS environments.

Core Competencies

  • Strategic collaboration with senior leadership to set PM objectives and ensure operational success across multiple product lines.
  • Expertise in healthcare data architecture, interoperability, clinical workflows, regulatory compliance, and long-term business impact analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging executives, customers, and healthcare stakeholders to reconcile diverse perspectives and drive aligned outcomes.

Working Conditions & Benefits

  • Fully remote work within the United States, with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.
  • Approximately 20% travel for team gatherings, customer meetings, and industry events.
  • Dynamic, fast-paced environment typical of a PE-backed, post-merger SaaS company with evolving systems.
  • Annual company offsite for team building.
  • Generous leave policies including flexible time off, 13 paid holidays, paid sick leave, and paid parental leave.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their families, including company-funded FSA and HSA options depending on plan choice.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
  • One-time reimbursement for remote workspace setup.
