Role Overview

In this critical leadership position, you will hold full accountability for the product development and engineering department, playing an essential role in advancing our site and successfully executing our innovation and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and nurture the product development and engineering teams to achieve excellence.
• Set and execute the technical vision and strategic direction of the organization.
• Oversee key customer projects and development initiatives ensuring successful delivery.
• Enhance processes, structures, and clarify responsibilities within the organization.
• Promote close collaboration with sales, operations, product management, and international teams.
• Develop leadership skills and foster talent growth within the teams.
• Manage resources, budgets, and performance metrics effectively.

Qualifications

• A degree in electrical engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
• Several years of leadership experience within engineering, R&D, or product development roles.
• Proven capability leading interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong technical expertise combined with entrepreneurial thinking.
• Experience managing complex development and customer projects.
• Excellent communication skills and familiarity with international organizational structures.
• Fluent in German and strong proficiency in English.
• Industry knowledge in areas such as power electronics, industrial electronics, embedded systems, automation technology, or technical product development is advantageous.
