Head of Product Design - Singapore

About the Role

Quanteam, part of the Rainbow Partners Group, is seeking an experienced Head of Product Design to lead its expansion in Singapore. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Product, this leadership position entails overseeing the product design vision and strategy across all consumer products and markets within the fintech domain. You will manage and mentor a design team of nine talented individuals distributed across Singapore, India, and Hong Kong to deliver world-class user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term product strategies and roadmaps by analyzing data, gaining deep customer insights, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
• Lead high-impact innovation initiatives by partnering with product design and engineering teams to deliver quality solutions to customers.
• Identify and prioritize product growth opportunities with significant effect in the retail investment sector.
• Enhance organizational product processes and mentor team members to promote best practices within the group.

Candidate Profile

• Over 8 years of experience as a Product Manager in consumer digital companies.
• Proven success in building, prioritizing, and delivering product roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of investment, either through professional or personal experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the Product Owner role within Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in implementing UI and UX best practices for consumer digital platforms.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
