Head of Product Design

About the Role

We are seeking an outstanding senior-level product designer to lead the design efforts for Solant, a native, mobile-first AI Chief of Staff aimed at founders and C-level executives. Solant integrates various inputs like email, chats, calendars, and meetings, synthesizing fragmented contexts into actionable management decisions, replies, or actions. This is not a chatbot or traditional AI assistant; rather, it is redefining AI interaction with no established user experience patterns.

Responsibilities

• Designing intricate AI systems and simplifying them into intuitive native mobile user experiences.
• Developing distinctive, polished, and premium-grade products for iOS and Android platforms.
• Delving deeply into product logic, contextual states, and trust-building components within AI systems.
• Setting independent design direction while leading fellow designers.
• Collaborating closely with the founder to impact both the interface and overall product evolution.

Additional Information

The product is currently under active development, gearing towards a private beta launch. The foundational product model and core team are established, but critical decisions regarding UX, the design system, and visual language remain open to definition. This role offers a rare chance to shape the look and functionality of a novel AI product category, rather than iterating on existing patterns.
