With new site openings, retail launches, and expansion into the Middle East and Southeast Asia, the environment is fast-paced, ambitious, and high-energy.

Role Overview

This senior position is responsible for overseeing the full procurement and supply chain function, covering everything the business purchases and all the goods that move through the operation. The role suits someone who is highly commercially minded, treats spend with strict accountability, and approaches supplier relationships as strategic negotiations rather than casual partnerships.

You will define procurement direction, lead supplier discussions, reduce costs without sacrificing standards, and develop a supply chain that can support rapid UK growth as well as international franchise expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own procurement plans across food, packaging, equipment, and indirect spend.
• Lead supplier negotiations, tendering activity, and contract administration to secure strong commercial terms and ensure compliance with agreed commitments.
• Protect blended food costs and margins across the estate.
• Build supply chain resilience to maintain continuity across a growing multi-site and multi-market business.
• Monitor supplier performance across pricing, quality, delivery, and compliance, and address underperformance decisively.
• Support international franchise partners with supply chain setup and approved supplier structures.
• Partner closely with NPD, Operations, and Finance to launch new products and safeguard profitability.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced procurement and supply chain leader, ideally from QSR, hospitality, food retail, or FMCG. The right person will have a proven record of generating significant savings through rigorous, evidence-based negotiation.

You should bring strong commercial judgment, confidence in difficult supplier conversations, and a solid understanding of food cost structures, category management, and margin control. Experience supporting supply chain growth across multiple sites is important, and international exposure would be advantageous.

Analytical thinking is essential, along with the ability to use data to strengthen negotiation outcomes. Success in a founder-led, fast-changing environment will also depend on energy, adaptability, and resilience.
