Role overview
This position sits at the centre of a major transformation agenda and is responsible for setting up a strong project management office for enterprise-wide programmes. The successful candidate will define the operating model, establish delivery discipline, and make sure initiatives move forward on schedule, within scope, and in line with business strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Create and roll out a central project management framework that supports large-scale transformation work across different regions and business functions, with consistent delivery standards.
- Design a project management strategy that reflects company priorities and helps advance long-term growth objectives.
- Lead projects from the initial concept stage through execution and final closure, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are controlled.
- Support change adoption by using clear communication, strong stakeholder engagement, and a solid understanding of business processes.
- Work directly on complex projects until the PMO team is fully in place, including guidance on planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource planning.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong record of handling cross-functional teams and large programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with department heads, senior leaders, and C-level executives.
- Solid command of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods, with the ability to choose the right approach for each project while maintaining portfolio consistency.
- Background in delivering enterprise solutions and managing high-impact initiatives with multiple stakeholders; experience with NetSuite Financial ERP will be an advantage.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CITPM.
