Role Overview
This leadership position is responsible for crafting and scaling a comprehensive global go-to-market approach for workforce planning solutions. It blends strategic guidance, market stewardship, client advisory responsibilities, and expertise in enterprise transformation.
The successful leader will influence how organizations implement modern workforce planning techniques and leverage data insights to enhance decision-making.
Directing a specialized consulting division, this role collaborates closely across product development, sales, marketing, and client success teams to drive market influence, revenue expansion, and position the company at the forefront of industry practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and refine a worldwide go-to-market plan for workforce planning products to boost adoption, build sales pipeline, and enhance revenue.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align solutions with customer needs and market demands.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a consulting team specializing in workforce planning, delivering strategic programs for enterprise clients.
- Create and uphold consulting methods, engagement protocols, best practices, and operational standards to enhance quality of delivery.
- Coordinate among project management, analytics, development, and support teams to ensure project success and positive customer impact.
- Serve as an executive advisor in major client engagements, fostering relationships with senior HR, finance, and business stakeholders.
- Champion customer insights and market trends within the company to guide product development and strategic direction.
- Drive organizational change initiatives to transition clients from traditional to dynamic, data-driven workforce planning methodologies.
- Stay informed on industry innovations, workforce transformation advancements, and technology trends to maintain competitive leadership.
Candidate Requirements
- Over 10 years of leadership experience in workforce planning, management consulting, enterprise software delivery, or related areas in HR technology, finance, or workforce strategy.
- Proven track record in managing and growing consulting, software, or service operations catering to large enterprises.
- In-depth knowledge of strategic workforce planning, workforce models, talent analytics, and organizational design.
- Strong familiarity with workforce transformation topics such as AI, automation, skills evaluation, and modern job structures.
- Experience leading complex change management efforts within large organizations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills capable of conveying complex business, financial, and technical topics to diverse groups.
- Demonstrated leadership in team development, operational excellence, and fostering cross-department collaboration.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% to support global projects and key client partnerships.
