Role overview
In this position, you will help define and expand the People & Culture function across key areas including change management, talent and performance, leadership development, and learning. The role sits in a matrix setup and reports to the HR Director while partnering closely with HR colleagues, the Managing Board, and senior business leaders. As the team grows, you will create the structures, tools, and interventions required to support lasting organizational change and improve overall business effectiveness. The internal title for this position is Associate Director, People & Culture.
Key responsibilities
- Lead transformation and change efforts end to end, from organizational design through cultural integration, helping leaders adopt and implement change effectively.
- Create and refine performance management and talent development systems that support succession planning, capability growth, and long-term business results.
- Develop a leadership development framework that equips leaders to guide transformation and build high-performing teams.
- Work in close partnership with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to convert business strategy into organizational structures, skills, and capabilities.
- Build and scale a high-impact People & Culture team, encouraging a builder mindset and continuously improving employee experience and engagement approaches.
Candidate profile
You should bring solid experience in leadership development and People & Culture within complex, international corporate settings, with a strong emphasis on organizational development and transformation. A strong history of shaping change management, leadership development, and performance frameworks in growing organizations is important. The company is looking for someone who can build from scratch, create practical structures in changing environments, and translate strategy into action. Experience with modern HR platforms such as Workday or similar systems is expected, along with strong commercial understanding. You should also be comfortable influencing senior leaders, including Managing Board members, and turning ideas into results.
