Head of Partnerships & Operations

About the Role

The Open World is a global immigration and investment advisory firm based in Dubai and Paris, dedicated to assisting entrepreneurs, investors, and families with residency and citizenship options across Europe and the Caribbean. Following the launch of the innovative France IDEA residency-by-investment program, we seek a Head of Partnerships & Operations to drive the next phase of our international expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with international immigration firms, wealth managers, family offices, law firms, banks, and other key stakeholders.
• Act as the company's representative at international conferences and partner meetings alongside the Founder.
• Develop and nurture long-term B2B partnerships, facilitate onboarding of new partners, and promote referral opportunities within our Caribbean Citizenship by Investment portfolio.
• Identify and assess French businesses seeking capital via the France IDEA platform.
• Analyze business plans, financial documents, corporate structures, and related materials to support internal screening before presenting opportunities to investors.
• Collaborate with legal, banking, and compliance teams during screening and onboarding processes.
• Oversee daily operations of the Dubai office, guiding and supporting team workflows.
• Support the Founder with strategic projects, international growth, and business development, serving as primary coordinator in his absence or during travel.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• At least three years of experience within the investment migration sector, particularly with residency or citizenship by investment programs.
• Existing network connections with international immigration professionals, wealth managers, family offices, or related strategic partners are advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of European Golden Visa schemes and Caribbean Citizenship by Investment programs, with confidence in presenting and comparing these solutions to international stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or a related discipline.
• Strong financial insight and business acumen, capable of evaluating financial statements, business models, corporate setups, and investment prospects, making sound commercial decisions when assessing candidates for the France IDEA platform.
• Comfortable representing the company at senior-level meetings and conferences worldwide.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally on short notice and regularly.
• Highly organized, commercially focused, and capable of independent work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or wealth management.
• Proficiency in French.
• Experience in project, team, or operations management.
