Role Overview

The Head of Partnerships leads efforts to build and nurture relationships that form the initial sales funnel. This senior individual contributor role is focused on networking with private equity firms, their portfolio companies, industry associations, peer groups, and conferences relevant to enterprise operators in Home Services. Success depends on creating trust and strong pipelines rather than technical integration or cold outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Forge Revin's presence in private equity firms investing in Home Services, HVAC, Roofing, and Home Improvement, becoming the recommended AI partner for their portfolio companies.
• Map and gain entry into industry trade associations, franchise networks, and buying groups to generate warm introductions.
• Engage actively in executive mastermind and peer groups to establish Revin as a trusted advisor among operators.
• Strategize and execute conference participation to transform events into pipelines of qualified opportunities instead of mere contacts.
• Drive pipeline generation by converting relationships into sales-qualified leads, meeting pipeline and influenced revenue targets.
• Relay market insights back to product, marketing, and sales teams to enhance overall company strategy.
• Represent Revin credibly at public engagements as a welcoming and knowledgeable company ambassador.

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in relationship-driven roles like business development or strategic partnerships, preferably with enterprise operators or PE-backed firms.
• Established network or proven success building relationships within private equity, industry bodies, or Home Services sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly build trust and maintain warm connections with stakeholders.
• Experience managing quotas and accountability for pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting in diverse professional settings.
• Willingness for extensive travel to conferences, PE offices, and industry events.
• Entrepreneurial mindset eager to create and define partnership functions from the ground up.
• Passion for AI applications in the built environment and ability to clearly articulate this to non-technical audiences.

Compensation & Benefits

• Target total earnings of $220,000 comprising a base salary of $150,000 plus variable components.
• Full-time position based in New York City with significant travel commitments.
