Job description
About the Company
The organisation is a worldwide cybersecurity business focused on helping people and organisations exchange digital information more safely. Backed by long-standing security expertise, threat research, and ongoing innovation, its platform safeguards companies and individuals across clouds, networks, devices, and endpoints. It supports advanced threat protection for environments such as AWS, Microsoft, and Google, while giving teams better visibility for faster detection and response. The company operates with around 7,000 employees in 65 countries and is committed to simplifying and securing connected digital environments.
About the Opportunity
This role sits within a global cybersecurity partner ecosystem and is responsible for leading a high-performing function spanning partner enablement and AI-based partner intelligence. The position focuses on building a scalable, competency-led partner model, ensuring partners are accurately assessed, developed, and directed into the right engagement path. The role also combines execution leadership, team development, and cross-functional alignment to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Role Overview
You will lead two connected workstreams: partner enablement and program management, plus AI-driven partner profiling and intelligence production. A key part of the job is turning broader strategy into clear team goals, strengthening execution discipline, and ensuring predictable output across all enablement and profiling activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and grow a team responsible for partner enablement, including programme management, certification, and competency development, as well as partner intelligence functions such as AI-based profiling, data quality, and partner classification.
- Convert strategy into practical objectives for the team, strengthen delivery standards, and improve capability through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Implement the services-led partner enablement plan across the ecosystem and make sure partners are meeting competency expectations for services growth.
- Oversee certification journeys, training rollouts, and compliance tracking, while driving partner capability improvements through targeted enablement plans.
- Use profiling data to assess partner maturity and delivery readiness, and support strategic partner QBRs that focus on certification progress and service quality.
- Create development plans that help partners strengthen their services capability and move up through maturity tiers.
- Own the partner profiling workflow with the intelligence team, ensuring partners are correctly qualified, scored, and routed to the appropriate engagement model.
- Improve data completeness, profiling accuracy, and time taken to qualify partners, while maintaining healthy partner intelligence systems and validation processes.
- Work closely with channel stakeholders, field partner teams, services development teams, and technical teams to keep execution aligned across functions.
- Help shape competency frameworks and certification requirements, and serve as the escalation point for partner capability and profiling issues.
- Support the handover of volume-business management tasks to the distribution operations team during the transition period, including coordination around partner readiness and data quality.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in partner management, enablement, or services-focused roles within B2B technology.
- Proven experience leading teams and developing high-performing people.
- Practical exposure to MSP, MSSP, SOC, or service integrator partner environments.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity areas such as XDR, SIEM/SOAR, endpoint security, and cloud platforms.
- Strong CRM, reporting, and business intelligence skills.
- Ability to influence effectively in matrixed organisations and build trust with stakeholders quickly.
- Comfort with ambiguity, strong self-direction, and a results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Preferred experience includes managed security services delivery such as SOC operations, MDR, and incident response.
- Helpful to have knowledge of the European MSP/MSSP landscape and partner maturity models.
- A strong network within the European cybersecurity partner community and experience with strategic partnership models is an advantage.
- Background in process improvement or operational excellence programmes is desirable.
Why This Role Stands Out
- Lead a team that directly influences partner enablement and profiling performance across Europe.
- Shape strategy into measurable outcomes and drive consistent delivery quality.
- Build and mentor a team made up of enablement specialists and intelligence analysts.
- Work across channel, services, technical, programme, and marketing teams in a central leadership role.
