About TrendAI
TrendAI operates as a global cybersecurity leader focused on helping organizations secure their connected world through innovative security solutions and a strong partner ecosystem.
Role Summary
The Head of Partner Intelligence and Development will lead a high-performing team responsible for services-led partner enablement, AI-based partner profiling, and partner ecosystem quality. The role is focused on creating a scalable, competencies-first partner model and making sure partners are properly assessed, enabled, and placed into the right engagement path.
The team includes two main workstreams: partner enablement and program management, plus AI-driven partner profiling and intelligence production. The role requires turning strategy into clear objectives, ensuring disciplined execution, and delivering consistent quality across enablement and profiling operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team that spans partner enablement and partner intelligence, while turning strategy into measurable goals and strengthening team capability through coaching and performance management.
- Implement the services-enablement strategy across the partner ecosystem so partners meet competency standards and are prepared for services-led growth.
- Oversee certification programs, training delivery, and compliance monitoring, while driving partner capability improvements through targeted development plans.
- Use profiling insights to assess partner maturity and delivery readiness, and support strategic quarterly business reviews centered on certification progress and service quality.
- Own the partner profiling process and ensure scoring, qualification, and routing are accurate and timely, while improving data quality and system validation.
- Work closely with channel stakeholders, field partner teams, services development teams, and technical teams to keep execution aligned and resolve issues related to partner capability and profiling.
- Help manage the transition of volume-business responsibilities to the distribution operations team, including process coordination tied to readiness and data quality.
- Act as the escalation contact for partner capability and profiling matters.
What the Hiring Team Is Looking For
- 5 to 7 years of experience in partner management, enablement, or services-oriented roles within B2B technology.
- Proven people leadership experience with a history of building effective, high-performing teams.
- Practical exposure to MSP, MSSP, SOC, or service-integrator partner ecosystems.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity areas such as XDR, SIEM/SOAR, endpoint, and cloud platforms.
- Strong CRM, reporting, and business intelligence tool skills.
- Ability to influence across matrixed organizations and quickly build trust with stakeholders.
- Self-directed working style with comfort handling ambiguity and delivering independently.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in managed security services delivery, including SOC operations, MDR, or incident response.
- Understanding of the European MSP/MSSP landscape and partner maturity frameworks.
- Established network within the European cybersecurity partner ecosystem and familiarity with strategic partnership models.
- Background in process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
Why This Role Stands Out
- You will have a leadership role with direct impact on partner enablement and profiling operations across Europe.
- The position offers the chance to translate strategy into execution and improve measurable outcomes across key partner workflows.
- You will help shape and grow a team made up of enablement specialists and intelligence analysts.
- The role sits at the center of cross-functional collaboration with channel, services, technical, program, and marketing teams.
