Role Overview

The Head of Operations acts as the pivotal link between executive management and all company departments, playing a crucial role in elevating ZEINpharma's growth. While not responsible for setting strategy, this role enables its execution by managing operations across production, logistics, supply chain, HR, commercial activities, and order processing. The position involves establishing processes, building structures, ensuring company vision is effectively implemented, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and institutionalize company-wide, cross-functional structures, processes, and work cultures for sustainable performance.
• Operational oversight of multiple areas including production, supply chain, commercial functions, and HR, coordinating closely with team leaders.
• Serve as an interface between executive leadership and departments, translating strategic vision into operational reality.
• Design and implement KPI frameworks and reporting systems to enhance transparency and accelerate decision-making.
• Support the strategic growth and scaling of teams and organizational structures in partnership with recruiting and HR.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks proactively to prevent workflow disruptions.

Candidate Profile

• Several years of experience in an operational leadership role, ideally within a growing company in FMCG, supplements, cosmetics, or related consumer goods sectors.
• Strong understanding of production-related matters, logistics, and supply chain management; direct production leadership is not mandatory, but a good grasp of physical goods flow is essential.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce and insight into operational requirements of digital sales channels.
• Proven ability to develop processes, structures, and meeting cultures effectively.
• A leadership character with executive presence capable of bringing visions to life.
• Experience beyond typical corporate environments — comfortable creating solutions without a handbook and delivering results.
• Excellent analytical, organizational skills combined with reliability and a balance of hands-on execution and strategic oversight.
