Role overview

EnduroSat is growing its presence across Europe, and its Berlin entity plays an important role in that expansion. The Head of Operations will be responsible for the overall running of the local entity, ensuring the daily workflow stays efficient, employees are supported, and the organization remains compliant and well integrated into the local business environment.

This position is the main operational contact for local matters. It involves handling facilities and administrative issues, addressing compliance questions, coordinating with local teams and headquarters, and representing the company with authorities and external partners so the entity runs effectively and can scale smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Berlin entity’s operational activity and keep everyday operations running smoothly.
• Work closely with senior leadership and the company owner on local business matters.
• Serve as the primary contact for government bodies, institutions, and other administrative stakeholders.
• Coordinate with headquarters and other company entities to align local procedures with broader company standards.
• Manage office facilities, vendor relationships, and local administrative or logistics needs.
• Spot workflow constraints and introduce process improvements that raise efficiency.
• Support local recruitment, onboarding, and everyday people operations in partnership with HR.

Candidate profile

• Background in operations management or general management.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage several tasks independently.
• Comfort working through German regulatory, administrative, and legal requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently while staying closely aligned with headquarters.

Preferred background

• Experience helping set up or scale operations for a foreign branch or subsidiary in France.
• Interest in space technology and the NewSpace sector.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or deep-tech environments.
• Exposure to French labor law, corporate compliance, or relationships with public institutions.
• Work history in a fast-growing, international, or multicultural organization.
