Role overview
Vin Investments Ltd is looking for a senior operations leader to take charge of the company’s day-to-day and strategic operational functions. This full-time, onsite position in the United States is designed for someone who can improve how the business runs, raise efficiency, strengthen performance, and help deliver company goals across different teams and business units.
Key responsibilities
- Create and roll out operational plans that support the organization’s vision, growth targets, and long-term strategy.
- Oversee daily operations to keep work efficient, productive, high quality, and service-focused.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive continuous operational enhancement across the business.
- Define, track, and report on operational KPIs and other business performance measures.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, staffing plans, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Work closely with executive leaders on strategy, expansion, transformation, and growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain operational policies, procedures, governance standards, and best practices.
- Coach and develop managers and operational teams so they can meet business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to company rules, regulatory obligations, industry expectations, and quality standards.
- Spot operational risks and put safeguards, contingency plans, and continuity measures in place.
- Manage vendors, procurement activity, service delivery, and external partnerships.
- Encourage a workplace culture centered on accountability, innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Background in senior operations leadership, business management, or executive-level operational roles.
- Deep understanding of business operations, organizational leadership, and strategic execution.
- Proven ability to guide large teams and coordinate several business functions at once.
- Strong financial capability covering budgeting, forecasting, planning resources, and controlling costs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, judgment, and decision-making ability.
- Experience leading transformation, scaling initiatives, and organizational growth efforts.
- Comfort working in fast-moving, dynamic, and growth-oriented environments.
- Solid project planning, organizational management, and change management skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, Management, or a similar field is preferred.
- An MBA or comparable postgraduate qualification is considered a strong advantage.
