  • Work closely with executive leadership to make sure operational priorities match corporate strategy and long-term goals.
  • Handle operational budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and ongoing financial performance reviews.
  • Spot operational risks and put governance controls, risk mitigation steps, and business continuity plans in place.
  • Strengthen organizational performance through workforce planning, capacity management, and scalable operating models.
  • Oversee vendors, procurement, service delivery performance, and key strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, legal or regulatory obligations, quality expectations, and industry standards.
  • Drive cross-functional projects, change initiatives, and strategic improvement programs across the business.
  • Develop, coach, and retain high-performing teams while promoting accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong grasp of operational planning, organizational effectiveness, process improvement, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and oversee complex business functions.
  • Solid financial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and business performance analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Prior exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or similar approaches is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, strategic judgment, and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to manage immediate operational demands while keeping long-term goals in view.
  • A track record of improving efficiency, productivity, profitability, and operational scalability.
  • Experience with organizational change, transformation programs, and growth-focused initiatives is highly preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • MBA or other postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage.
