Role Overview

As the Head of Operations, you will take charge of strategic and operational leadership across the company's main business functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, and leading a compact team, you will ensure the smooth, compliant, and reliable running of the business while contributing to wider leadership objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee core operational areas including procurement, vendor relations, corporate services, and policy governance.
• Enhance business continuity and strengthen controls addressing operational risks.
• Lead the HR and workplace health & safety functions, ensuring compliance, policy enforcement, employee relations, and fostering a positive culture.
• Upgrade IT infrastructure and vendor management, guaranteeing effective systems, cybersecurity, and data governance aligned with business needs.
• Manage daily ESG activities, including annual reporting and benchmarking.
• Provide leadership and development for your team with clear purpose and guidance.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to introduce initiatives advancing operational excellence.

Candidate Profile

• Proven senior operational leadership experience within property, financial services, or related sectors, with accountability for outcomes.
• Skilled in driving HR and IT functions forward with a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Hands-on management of HR, IT, and workplace health & safety functions.
• Strong financial insight combined with thorough understanding of governance, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Successful track record of leading teams to maximize performance.
• Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and effective communication capabilities.
